Business Plus is our advanced Call Manager package and includes all high-end call management functionality to maximise business efficiency. Ideal for busy medium sized enterprises, call centres and help desks, some of the fantastic features include:
- Voice Forms - can be used to automate detail taking for day-to-day enquiries like brochure requests or bill reprints. The recorded details are then forwarded in an audio file via an email message for support staff to action at a later time, thus allowing prioritisation of more important calls or tasks.
- Queue Position Announcement - callers who are in queue are informed of their position in the queue at regular intervals.
- Agent Group – Advanced Options - the timers for each group can be customised individually.
- Application Builder - we can work closely with you to build a comprehensive, customised call management solution, unique to your business.
