Queue Position Announcement

If all lines are busy and callers are queuing, they will periodically hear an announcement informing them of their position in the queue. Close

Voice Forms

Enables you to pre-record a series of questions that are played back to your callers. The callers are given the opportunity to answer after each question and the answers are recorded and sent to the appropriate email address assigned in the Q&A. This feature is useful for automating taking repetitive information over the telephone e.g. orders or a competition line. Close
