What is Yac Call Manager?
Yac Call Manager is an inbound call management solution. It helps you efficiently and cost-effectively manage all your incoming calls: including re-direction, customer greeting, queuing and routing every call to the right person first time.
You offer a 30-day free trial? What about cancellation?
A 30-day free trial is available for the Call Manager Personal package. You can cancel at any point during the trial period by following the instructions on the welcome email that you receive on registering for the service. After the free trial period, you can cancel your subscription on the Personal package at any time. If you have subscribed to Business Lite, Business Pro or Business Plus it is also possible to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting the Yac Customer Service team.
What is your pricing structure? Can we pay a year in advance?
Call Manager Subscription fees are automatically charged monthly by credit/debit card. Call routing charges to mobile and international destinations are separate and work on a 'Top-Up' facility, similar to a mobile phone, enabling you to control your costs. To top-up your credit you will need to log on to your service online and specify the amount of credit that you wish to purchase. Once you submit your request you account will be topped up immediately.

What types of payment do you accept? Can you invoice us?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as providing direct debit invoicing.
Is this a long-term commitment? Can I change plans at any time?
Yac Call Manager is very flexible - you can upgrade, change your plan or cancel at any time.
Are 0800 Freephone numbers available?

Which prefix should I choose as my service number if I want my number to be internationally accessible?
With the exception of Free-Phone Numbers (0800 prefix), UK Non-Geographic Numbers have good international access. However, like other service providers, we recommend choosing a geographic fax number for guaranteed international access e.g. 0207.
Do I need any new hardware or software to use Yac Call Manager?
To use Yac Call Manager you will simply need a web browser, access to the Internet and a directly dialable telephone number to receive calls.
